You might remember several months ago I posted a video of Steven Seagal teaching Anderson Silva some Aikido
Looks like Silva is crediting Sensei Seagal with teaching him the kick that knocked out Vitor last night
not sure why he is wearing yellow shooting glasses and is 2 jackets at the UFC, but who am I to question such a legend

Clearly he learned that kick as part of his exposure to atemi-waza.
I think Segal is wearing the shooting glasses in case someone went nuts Mumbai-style. 10:1 the jacket is reinforced with level II material as well. Check out the withering look he gives the hotel guy at 1:23. Truly on point.
In the second vid he says he’s filming out here in Maricopa? Nice. I wonder if he’s going to swing by AZ Combat and give the Lally bros some pointers.

You hear so many people like Bas Ruten and others talk shit about people like Steven Seagal and more contemporary and popular fighters.
