Looks like Silva is crediting Sensei Seagal with teaching him the kick that knocked out Vitor last night

not sure why he is wearing yellow shooting glasses and is 2 jackets at the UFC, but who am I to question such a legend

This video was part of a recent Eddie Bravo 10th Planet video.

Joe Rogan had some clips in previous ones showing some of his TKD skills, but in this one he is actually showing GSP, who is a current UFC champ and many consider one of the best pound for pound fighters in the world.

It would be pretty badass to see GSP pull off this move in his next fight!

So I am coming up with a new weekly post here. Send in your questions, it can be about chicks, self confidence, firearms training, politics, martial arts, anything funny, or whatever else you may be curious about.

I will answer some of them each week, and will try to do so every time with a youtube video response.

And rest assured, unlike many other people who try to give advice, I am really good at it!

At least 40 people were shot over the weekend across Chicago, with seven of them slain, according to police logs.

The toll covers a period from 8:43 p.m. Friday–after violent storms hit the city–to 6:39 this morning.

On Sunday, Chicago Police Superintendent Jody Weis acknowledged a high number shootings over the weekend and attributed more than half of them to the work of gangs.

Oh wait, it is already illegal to shoot and murder people. People need to realize that only the good guys that follow the laws are the only ones who obey these laws…
