After the flashchat last night with Smooth, it appears I I really did not clarify it to well if she does not respond or flakes....Well her are some more bits on that! ( But if you follow the seed invitation and built enough attraction/comfort, she should not have flaked in the first place)
Personally, I don't care as much, but if you are all about :
You can ignore it and act as it never happened, then ask her out again. Make sure the invite implies you have something super fun in store and be very direct: Hey, ( nick name) , What are you doing X nite? I have a crazy/fun idea

It does not matter what ever you have planned, it just seeds the idea that you are fun to get a long with and you word it that way!
Sometimes, shit happens and she will forget: So let her make it up to you if that is the case, but most of the case if she just flakes call her out and make her chase you!
Guess who has to wine and dine me since she missed out on a kick ass time last night? Yep..its you

I would say that X day is looking pretty great
This tells her that she has to bring the game to the table, because you don't take nor like flakes...if she does it again on to the next one!
And on to the one that most guy seem to have trouble with..even myself....The dreaded no response:
As I have said in the first post: you must/need to go back and figure out a way to build more attraction!
How do you do this? Go lite and playful with it!
hey crazy face..are you still alive? should I send a search party of midget ninja's (or minja's as they prefer to be called) to come rescue you?!
What happened? Jeez am I gonna have to bail u outta jail again?
If after a week or more the # has gone cold..send her something random for one last try:
Hey, just been sorting out my phonebook and found out I have three [HER NAME]’s, which one are you......the crazy one, the hot one, or the shy suggestive one?
You were in my dream last night...weird
