Is Claremont PU friendly?

I know it's been a while guys just had a lot on my plate but it looks like things are clearing for me and I might get back on track with PU full steam on weekends

I'm starting grad school in claremont this fall and I need to move. Should I move to claremont and will it be conducive to sarge there? Is there a nearer city that's more PU friendly so I could move there and commute to claremont?

I don't mind the commute as long as I get a logistically sound place to pull and stuff.
