Great stuff their BJ. What I normally do to not let my thoughts get to me is ill stair my reflection in the eyes in a mirror and say 'your the shit' than ill laugh. I find pick up to be a game like Mystery says. It honestly eases any bad thoughts i may have if I look at PU as not being so serious. Hope this helps-JB
