Also had great results with the C4 extreme, never really have to shit after taking it, but I usually have to piss REALLY bad.

Plan on kicking my workout up a notch this coming week. Wanted to start this week, but worked my biceps too much and now they feel like someone stabbed a sword through them.... fuckin sucks lol

Any supplements to help lose love handles? I'm in decent shape, but I've had these love handles since I was younger. I've been running almost every day since '09... but thinking I need to take something to just burn this shit off.

@ Boom - Can't spot reduce fat bro. Only way to do it is get your body fat % down through a calorie deficit. It sucks but that's the way she goes...my problem area is my thighs/butt.

@ Fresh - I've never taken a test booster but I've heard from some friends that have tried them that for the most part they don't really help. Might as well save your cash.

Take a thermogenic, they increase your metabolism, suppress your appetite, and make you sweat more. The one I use is USP Labs OxyElite Pro, but there are a lot of other good ones out there as well. I've gotten good results using Oxylite though.

Lol I know you can't spot reduce fat... but it's actually kind of fucked up. You can see my abs, and not much fat on the rest of my body, but these gd love handles are a pain in the ass.

@fresh I'll definitely check into that. is it something you take before a workout? Or at the beginning of the day?

You take one pill in the morning before breakfast then another at least 6 hours later. Then eventually if you want you can do two in the morning, and a third 6 hours later. It's pretty powerful stuff.

I've tried a few pre-workout supplements and fat burners in the past. Like VPX NO Shotgun and Noxyfuel for pre-workout supplements and Hydroxycut Hardcore and Animal Cuts for fat burners. But all of the above just made me fill like shit before my workout and actually puke sometimes after a hard work out.

For the past 8 months, I've been using USP Labs supplements Jack3d (Lemon Lime- Flavor) and Oxy-Elite Pro as my fat burner. Results have been beyond great! Will fully support these products and actually have two of my clients using them as well. Nothing but praise from everyone I talked to about these products. Since I started a hard core fat cutting diet and work out regimen up my fat burner dosage to 2 pills in the morning and another one after six hours. Haven't weighed myself, but was able to fit in a size 34 waist jeans for the first time yesterday.

@Boom: high intensity cardio and diet is the only way to get rid of the love handles. Have you tried doing a supper set work outs just focusing on your obliques? That will also help you out as well.

I'll be starting my BSN line of supps soon. They have a program to try and help you get where you wanna be. So I'm gonna try my hardest my next pay day to start bulking seriously.

Nah, never even heard of super set workouts until just now lol. Looked it up, and I've always just done sets. But this is pretty interesting... gonna look more into this. Thanks for the advice brother.

NP brother, all the workouts i do are super sets. It keeps your heart rate up which what you want during work outs. Plus it will strengthen that particular body part more. With using it in different methods the strains of muscle will become stronger quicker, and your muscle endurance will get better as well. Also when i work out or train my clients i keep in mind the pie method that i learn from someone else and he used a different name for it. Probably the correct name, but fuck it. I like me some pie, apple especially and lil too much sometimes.

Your body is like a pie. Meaning all of the muscles you have are naturally proportionate to each other. Like a pie. If you focus on one body part more than the others things will get disproportionate and you will start to look retarded for lack of a better phrase. That's why you see meat heads in the gym that do all of this sick upper body stuff and their legs look like tooth pics. Not doing enough leg work outs.

Or if you focus more on your bi's and hardly touch your tri's your arms will slowly form like a letter C. Because the biceps are so tight and the tri's aren't close to the bi's and not able to balance it out. If that makes any sense to you? There are so many methods to working out its crazy, i just use work outs for what I'm focusing on or things that will reach my clients intended goals.
